    Anybody else see this?  When I open a saved VE project with Altiverbs instantiated on instrument faders, I sometimes find that one or more of the instruments will emit no sound.  If I remove the problem Altiverb and re-instantiate it, the instrument works fine.  I've also found this to be the case when using an Altiverb on an aux return bus in VE.

    Am I alone?  Have others seen this?

    YEah .. Altiverb is a bomb in VE. I try not to use it yet. Mind you .. I'm waiting on the 64 bit version of VE before I look at it seriously.

    is it a workaround to assign enough output-busses in ve and do the effects in your sequencer? is it possible?

    It's a fine workaround.  In fact I do just that for the "tail" Altiverb - I only use "stage position" Altiverbs in VE.  And I gotta say, I'll probably abandon that once VE can support making the sends prefader - I feel like the VE power-panning is much less phasey than Alti's stage positioning.   So my prayer to Herb is, "Please put that in the next VE update!  Uh, .... please?"
