  • "Measured Trem" string parts....How do I achieve this?

Hi all, How do you mock-up kings handle mocking-up "measured-trem" string parts? thanx, SvK

  • No king, but could maybe help. You have a few options 1- Perf repetition using stacc. as long as it's not too quantized it works very well. 2-Fast repetition, this demands some manipulation depending on your passage, sometimes it's ideal if the notes are like quarter notes length, find the closest corresponding speed (150-190), they could be connected for longer trem notes but then you get an accent at the start of each, this will work much better if you have chords from the orchestra playing on that accent, then the accent is hardly noticeable.

  • Guy thanx....will try both options (jjeez the work involved ;-) Thanx, SvK

  • GUY...just tried "Perf-rep Stac" 14violins @ 24ths @110bpm......YEAHHHHH easy ;-) sounds great...Thanx sooo much ! SvK
