    I copied the (already uncompressed) Appasionata library from one PC to another, I moved the dongle that holds the licence, ran the Manager on the new PC (and added the relevant folders)..but..still no go. Neither the VI player or the VE can see the Appasionata library. They both see the SE library fine.

    Do I instead need to install everything again from the DVD on the new computer?

    I would suspect that you are not using the latest version of the Syncrosoft software. Update that, and all should be well.
