    Hi,

    can someone help me? I'm thinking about buying of the Vienna special edition. but I'm wondering about the different  prices of the packages. For example: Why does the "strings package" or only the "orchestral string I" cost more than the special edition?

    The Special Edition is just a summary of the entire library .. the Orchestra Strings Package contains LOADs more than the SE. More Articulations, runs .. everything .. on Strings of course. The SE is great .. but the VSL VI Library is huge and much better by comparison. .......... Although it's the wrong name for it .. try to see the Special Edition as being a lite edition of the VSL library. (It's still very good and great for many orchestral composing needs, but if you want seriously in depth detail then you want to look at the Full library). Check out the demos to hear what you can do with the SE.
