    Hi - I've just had my order for Solo Strings VI delivered, and I'm having trouble registering it.  I get this error message;

    Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

    The transaction log for database 'VSL07' is full. To find out why space in the log cannot be reused, see the log_reuse_wait_desc column in sys.databases

    /www4execute.asp, line 256

    I've tried several times using both standard and extended codes together and individually, and I keep getting the same error message.

    Any help would be gratefully received!

     I'm having similar issues trying to register Special Edition, I get this error message:

    Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

    Incorrect syntax near '='.

    /www4_functions.asp, line 519

    I've emailed for help two times and got no reply yet.

    Hope someone at the company reads these threads, not being able to register a new product is so frustrating!

    Just a quick reply to say that I tried again today and it registered fine. Have you tried again recently Gavin?
