Hi!
I've tried several times to get the activation code for the appassionata strings from the Vienna Instruments Registration Page but I only get this message: "(16) An unknown problem retrieving the activation code ocurred". I have the latest synchrosoft version and have followed the procedure from the tutorial vid (like I did on the cube).
Please help!
