    Is it possible to create mono sends and busses in VE?  I want to be able to route the sends from VI insts within a standalone VE to mono busses, so I can send them (via a looped connection on my ProFire) into DP for processing by Altiverb.  Or at least I want the option of mono sends.  Any way to do this, other than sending to stereo busses within VE, then panning those busses hard to one side?

    And, if I create a stereo bus and pan it (conventional, not power-pan) hard L, am I just getting the left side of the send signal, or a summed mono signal?

    AND, if the output of the instrument track itself is power-panned, does that affect the answer?  I.e., does power-panning affect what goes to the send signal, since sends are post-fader-only at this point?
