Many of us have to scramble to make room for these large DAT files ultimately. The way batch process works is very, ahem... old fashioned IMO.
Is there not a better batch platform that would allow us to continue un-archiving on various drives?
Also could there not be an auto sensing on the disks?
As well I would request partial loading as it needs to be baby sit during the process.
