    Either in Logic 8 or Standalone.

    In Logic, the patches seem to load up properly, and the green circular 'meter' thing on the VI shows activity when I play, but there's no sound coming out.

    In Standalone I'm getting a "No Licenses are installed" message.

    The Vienna Key is attached.
    The only previous problem I've had was when I recently forgot to connect the Vienna Key before opening Logic. This caused Logic to hang so I had to Force Quit both Logic and the VSL thingy...

    Any ideas?

    reboot, or at least log off/log on - check AU validation manually, maybe logic thinks VI is no longer valid ...

    make sure preferences are set accordingly (audio, midi, sample rate)
