Plugin availability lost after downloading installer

Hi, I've been using the VSL plugin native from within DP for over a year and a half, and inadvertantly downloaded the instrument installing software while trying to get the Ensemble software. To my chagrin, this episode removed the availability of my library from being used from within Digital Performer. What do I do to get this thing fixed? I reinstalled the software from my CD Rom and trashed my preferences, but so far that hasn't worked. Your thoughts, please, Roger Hunt (L.A.)

it is recommended to install the latest Vienna Instruments Software rather the one on the CD (also depending which version is on your CD), but in any case you should reboot before installing to avoid having running processes during the install.

also on OS X please make sure you have the right version for your mac (PPC vs. intel).

for ViennaInstruments there is also an uninstaller available .... have a look into the user area or please write to support@vsl.co.at for receiving it or a detailed description how to uninstall an application in OS X.
