    Vi is opening/starting up VERY slowly - can't that be accelerated?

    Has it always done this, or is this a new phenomenon? What machine, specs, version of the player? How many licences on the dongle?

    In my experience, the latest version of VI software (1.1.2) takes approximately twice as long to load the first instance (around 3 minutes) as the immediately preceding version (1.1.1). The "Scanning Licenses" message which used to flash by on earlier versions, stays on for one minute. Then it takes about two more minutes for a single empty instance of VI to load.

    Yeah, I've noticed a much longer load time since upgrading to 1.1.2 as well.
