    I'm all of a sudden getting this Message: Vienna Instruments 1.10 Build Date Sept 25 2006 The Following Licenses have not been Installed Harps Harps L2 Orchestra-Violas L2 Orchestra-Violins L2 Orchestra-Violins/Violas Vienna Instruments WHAT THE....I thought I had already installed the license?!?!?!?!? This stuff always seems to happen at the worst possible times! In the middle of a project that I'm already behind in...have I done something stupid?!?! Please help!!!!!! Thanks Rob Pottorf

    It sounds like you don't havethe Extended licences on your dongle. Firstly check in the LCC to see if this is true. I would suspect that you've been running using the demo licences, and haven't downloaded the permanent licences on to your dongle.

    Hey DG, I thought I had already done that, so I went to the Wizard entered my activation code and as I suspected I got the dreaded "The License code has been used already. And activation code can be used only once to download a lecense". Once again "WHAT THE....." Man, this is frustrating! I'm totally dead in the water...if any moderator can help me, I'm totally desperate at this point. I've got a project due tomorrow and I'm twiddling my thumbs right now!!!! HELP!!!!! Rob

    Okay, I have no idea whats going on...I brought up the VI stand alone and got a message saying "Audio driver-Audio device is busy or not functioning at given parameters. Please, check program preferences". The good news is that it does list in the stand alone that the licenses are installed (!?!?). but no instruments are listed on the right side where they are normally sitting. I'm going to be daring and try to install the lates VI package...maybe this will help. Any ideas?

Please, check program preferences". I'm just going out of the Optical on the Mac minis. It does list in the stand alone that the licenses are installed but still no instruments are listed on the right side where they are normally sitting.

    The VI does not list your individual licenses, it lists all licenses which could run theoretically on this opened VI version.

    That's helpful, if you are not sure, if your actual software version is compatibel for example with Appassionatas or Special Edition.

    If these licenses are not listed you have to update the VI software and maybe also the LCC.

    The only place where you can check, if you have downloaded all needed licenses to your key, is the Syncrosoft License Control Center (LCC).

    If the licenses are missing there, than you didn't downloaded the licenses from Syncrosoft Site to your key, or the missing licenses are stored on a different key, or - in worst case - there is technical problem, in this case please contact support@vsl.co.at
