User Area registration error

I'm attempting to register my new upgrade to the Pro Edition in the user area. I'm running Mac OS 9.2 and IE 5.1.6.

As I type in the first three digits of any code, the menus below the code fields correctly flip to the product being registered. However, when pressing the "Register" button the next screen displays the following message:

Any ideas? I had no problems registering other products some months ago.

I just tried again tonight and all went well. No problems at all. Perhaps it's just me. [8-)]

sorry i didn't respond ... it has been a problem with disk space due to a huge amount of files uploaded temporary, so it has been our fault, not yours - my apologies
