vsl Vienna instruments pro VI series Not showing on the Vienna instruments Pro

Hello 😊

I cannot access yo my VI series on the Vienna Instruments Pro through Logic Pro 10.7.9

I have checked my Ilok, my Vienna Assistant and the hd where all the content is currently residing and I have MAC 0S Ventura 13.4

Could you please advise?

I am enclosing some screenshots of the relevant software as I see it from my end.

Hello I have reformatted the disk moved the library using the Vienna Assistant in Bulk Mode but I still cannot access the files I have sent the new VSL Support FILE to Vsl Support.

I had the same problem

I had to re-login in Ilok an I move all the authorisation on disk

if you double click on a Brass 1

if the file on the right path ?
Try reinstall and see if you can see the brass

Hello - I need to understand this a bit better sorry, when you sat try to reinstall, do you mean to re-download everything on a disk after deleting all the vienna content? And also on the Ilok should I then move to all authorizations from the key to the computer?

The Brass 1 instrument seems to be installed and on the right path

yes re-download one library to see that helps and move it from key to computer
