    I have purchased Orchestral I and II, then I am registered myself, both the products and the LCC. At this stage I encountered the LCC software too old. After disconnected I have installed the new LCC software and then I return back to the VSL site. Surprise: "No products registered"... Then I have try to re-registered both products and key number. Impossible: both products and key results already registered from another user!!!
    What can be happened? Somebody help me? Thanks in advance
