HELP Eeeek!

Does this sound familiar to anyone? A massive film project has just come in... I have mountain of work to do in no time at all and non of my VIs are working.

From restarting, I boot up logic, load a new VI - the player loads imediately (it does not scan the lisenses) and there is nothing in the right hand box - no matrix/patches etc.

I've tried to reload everything in the VI directory and rescanned the Sycrosoft Control Center. Everything seems the same here as ever it was. I don't know what else to try.

Any help would be fantastic - thanks!

Hi Samuel,

this sounds to me as if your harddrive containing your Vienna Instruments content was disconnected somehow (or renamed) and now VI is unable to "see" all of its content.

1) In order to solve this please restart your computer first!

2) Open then Vienna Instruments Directory Manager and remove all folders from your Directory Manager.

3) Add all content-folders again by Drag & Drop, please also redefine your Custom Data folder in Directory Manager. Make also sure that the corresponding licenses were downloaded correctly and appear on your Vienna Key in Syncrosoft´s LCC.

4) After doing so it is necessary to restart your computer again for all the changes to become effective. When you launch VI, all content should be there now.
