    I try to order some extended code for my VSL VI but I always have this message : Parameter ORDERNUMBER missing. - status: 1

    Same thing on two different computers. [*-)]

    It's not the first time I buy on the website, I just ordered another Vienna Key.

    I have this problem now too. I'm using a Mac G5 w/OS 10.4.7 - tried it with Firefox, Safari and even Internet Explorer. I continue to get the same message. Why?

    This may be in relation to the missing "State" issue: I have tried numerous times to add "Colorado" (my home USA state) but it never saves it - reverts back to my old setting. And the "Parameter ORDERNUMBER missing. - status: 1" means that I (and anyone else who wants them) won't be able to order the crossgrades.

    Please fix and address this issue as soon as possible.

    Another problem: ILIO contacted me on my last French Oboe order and told me that VSL does NOT have any way to designate shipping preferences. My order was delayed until they could verify it which is a hassle. Ok - my own take is that busy professionals have better things to do instead of wait until ILIO contacts them to find out what VSL should have initially. Further, it certainly would help that the order process is cleaned up so I can give you my hard-earned cash to upgrade, crossgrade or purchase your products online.

    I always have this problem. I thought I could be an Internet Explorer or XP problem but now, on a G5 ? [*-)]
