Hi there

I have sent 3 or 4 emails to your support email address over the past few weeks and have not recieved 1 reply as yet.

I need to change the email address / phone numbers on my personal detail page - I log in - make the corrections and the next time I log in they are back to the same old ones again - very annoying!!!!

Am waiting to buy some products but am not going to do it while the email address is wrong - I don't want to post my details in the forum - but get no response from the support address.....is there anyone there?!?!

What do I do......answers on a post card to.....

Paul, if you get no reply from support@vsl.co.at (which seems very strange) try sending cm a PM as I'm sure that this will get a response...!

When you know me better you will realise that I do anything to avoid work....! I'm typing up some orchestral music ATM and it's very boring, so I sort of flick backwards and forwards between work and this forum.

as for work....I know....I have spent this morning - and now I realise - half the afternoon [:(] checking out internal/external SATA RAID systems for my G5 - looking at the content for the ORCHESTRAL STRING Vi's and hovering over the computer, poised with my credit card about to spend a ton of money!!!

You have got 3 PC setups right.....? What are they - and which is the best for GIGA??

I am will go the VI route on the G5 also but am also thinking about a second PC setup for GIGA....but d not want a dodo...I can make G5's stand on their head....but PC architecture / OS leaves me with a ignorance rash!!!!

Your thoughts....!?!?...but only if they are not waiting on the session for that final Tuba part [;)]

paul, i've already tried to get you on the phone, unfortunately without success. there would be much to type in your case and we could possibly clear things much faster in a call
