REGISTRATION PROBLEMS

Greetings..
I am in a DILEMMA!!!! I registered my opus bundle a few days ago and i REALLY need to download the .nki files to make my bundle work with KONTAKT 2 but when i login and try and download the files it says that i do not have any products registered!!!! i try and reregister them and it says that they have already been registered. i login under this and it says that i have NO registered products and no way to download the files that i need due to this!!! i have a film that is due on SAT!!!! and i have got to get these files working so that i can mix them in time. please let me know what you can do to remedy this. email me, call me, anything. please HELP!!!

Can't really help you 'cos I'm on EXS (Logic) but perhaps somebody else will respond. Have you sent a PM (personal message) to Christian (cm) or Air (Bernd)?
