    Hello,
    I attempted to side-grade from Horizon Solo Strings Giga to Kontakt, but the website gave me this error after I put in my credit card info:

    Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server- Fehler '80040e14'

    Ungültiger Spaltenname 'ProductID'.

    /shop/3dspayment.asp, line 86


    The money was charged to my card, but I received no receipt or link to down load the files. What should I do?
    I use Windows2000 sp4 and IE 6.

    kyle, i've just checked the respective script and it is not obvious why it didn't work this time. your sidelicense has been added to your registered products and you can download the files from here
