    Hello all...I am brand new to VSL and hope to contribute to this forum...but for now I have a quick question, as I'm just getting started. I just got the opus1+2 bundle and I'm going through these samples. The violins seem to have a rather loud drag sound (I dont know what it is actually called..but its not the tone produced by the violin, rather the other acoustic nuances). It is just loud and I don't know much about EXS yet but I'm wondering if I can control that at all???

    Do you have any reverb or EQ effects involved? Also, what articulations are you experiencing this with?
