    I am already a registered use (Opus1&2 Chamber Strings) but cannot log in to register my new product. My registration loggin must be different to my forum loggin but I don't understand why. I'm not sure whether it's my user name or my password.

    What can i do to sort this out?

    dave, the login to the user area is your registered email address, whereas the login to the forum is your choosen nickname.
