    I originally bought the Steinway, and have thoroughly loved it.  Last year, I bought the Synchron package and that added everything else.  I just bought the Fazioli.  All pianos are licensed on iLok and show up in the player.

    I can click on the piano icon and select any of the pianos, but only the Fazioli will load.  The rest are all installed and have the .syvolume files in the directories that are linked to the volume Scan Paths correctly.

    I have a full license for the F308 and Steinway, and the standard license for the rest.  This appears to known to the player as it correctly limits mic selection.   But no matter what preset I click, no samples will load for any of the other five pianos. 

    I've just freshly installed the player using the Vienna Assistant.  I've moved all the licenses onto my iLok and activated them.  The samples are all in directories that are part of the volume scan paths list (they were put there correctly by the VSL installer).  What else do I do?
