    Hello, I`m using Synchron piano series from South Korea.

    My PC system is Windows 10, Samsung 980 PRO SSD 2tb with i9-12900K.

    i update my Synchron Piano player for test F308 demo. But this version always crash when it start.

    1.2.118 version is same. when click the synchron piano player icon, it starts to loading with banner for 5 seconds, and disappear(crashed).

    What can i do? I re-installed Windows 10, but same it.
