Hello, new VSL user here. Was placing my first order and accidentally put a typo in my iLok username. Didn't catch it until the process had moved to the next screen. It would not let me go back and re-enter it, so now I'm stuck. My library is downloaded and installed, but can't associate to my iLok account. So it's unusable.
I have sent a message to support, but was wondering if any users had run into this situation. I'm afraid I'll have to delete everything and start over from square one (ugh).
