    Hi 

    I just bought the MIR Pro 24 and the RoomPack Bundles. After several hours install, the MIR's still can't access the RoomPacks. I have license both on iLok and eLicense, so I don't think it's a license issue. And I DLed the RoomPacks via Vienna Assistant to my desire location and changed the RoomPack Data Folder. Still no luck to load the any of the roompack.

    any help?

    Hello and welcome, Wei An Chien,

    just to avoid misunderstandings: Please note that RoomPacks need to be _installed_ after downloading. Quoting the manual:

    The RoomPacks downloads are supported by VSL's Download Manager – just follow the instructions given in the User Area. It might be important to mention that the RoomPacks need to be installed, too. If you decide to change the installation path to a custom location, please make sure to point MIR Pro / MIR Pro 24 to it later on (see below). The default installation path is WIN: 

    <SystemDisk>\ProgramData\VSL\Vienna MIR; MacOS: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/VSL/Vienna MIR.

    I got the download manager, and downloading right now, hope that will solve my problem.

    So, what are the files I download from Vienna Assistant? So confuse!!

    After 6 hours of download, install, re-download, reinstall, give up, and download, install
