    Hi,

    My libraries are not available if I use VE Pro 7 (the cells are all red). However, they are all available if I open one instance of VI Pro 2!

    I have successfully added and rescanned all libraries but no difference using VE Pro 7.

    I am on iMac 5k with Catalina.

    Hope there is a solution. Please see attachments.

    To simplify my issue:

    I can access all my sample libraries in a stand-alone instance of Vienna Instruments Pro 2.

    However, all my samples are red (not available within the matrix cell) if I open an instance of Vienna Instruments Pro within Vienna EnsemblePro 7.

    I have redone Directory manager.

    Is there another setting I need to change in VE Pro 7?

    And one other thing:

    My external SSD drive is accessible by VI Pro 2 and all cells load properly.

    However, My external SSD drive is not accessible (the SSD drive appears but no + (plus) sign to open it.

    This happens if I had an instance of NI Kontakt 6 and try to locate samples on the SSD drive.

    However, a single stand-alone instance of NI Kontakt 6 has no issue searching my external SSD drive.

    So, VE Pro 7 is not providing full access to my external SSD drive.
