Looped instruments in First and Pro Edition

Hello!

When I think of how much money I paid for the First Edition when it was released and that at the beginning it contained no looped instruments at all, I feel at lot of frustration due to my needs for trust and balance.
I am reluctant to upgrade to the Pro Edition before I am not sure, what's in the package.
So I need clarity and I would like to know if anybody was willing to make a complete list of the Pro Edition's looped instruments?

This is not as thorough as you had asked, but I just reviewed my Pro Library for EXS, and I consider it safe to say that all standard instruments have looped versions. I ran searches on _L- and all winds and brass seemed to appear. Then I searched for 3L, 4L, 14L, 10L, 8L, and 6L, which would be Ensemble Trumpets and Trombones, Ensemble Horns, Violin, Viola, Cello, and Bass sections respectively. They all have looped instruments too.

I didn't search the percussion.

I can't guarantee that every single articulation within those groups has a looped version, but it's reasonable to assume that the major ones do, and that, if there isn't a looped version, it's probably not necessary or musically valid (say, "looped col legno").

To my knowledge, there are no looped perf-leg instruments. If you have a specific loop request, I can search for it (if you post in the near future).

I was delighted to see looped instruments make their entrance in the Pro version, but after a year or so of owning it, I'm surprised at how little I use them. They're most handy for sustained tremolo and flautando in my case.

Now, would you be willing to spent ten minutes to check, which results will show up, if you combine "_L" with "tr" (for trills) within strings, woodwinds and brass and "_L" together with "trem" (for tremolo) within the percussions?
I guess, there will be no hits, but I would like to make sure.

Hello Sebastian,

My Percussion set isn't fully loaded, so I searched through the manual. I could find no looped percussion instruments. Suffice to say, the average tremolo drum sample (of any kind, timpani included) runs a good, long time, and a re-striking of that sample would be both unobtrusive and notationally correct, so it probably wouldn't pose much of a problem.

Looped trills are offered only for the ensemble strings.
