Character bug in MIR Pro

Hi

Sometimes, when I load an instrument from the VI Series in MIR Pro (via VE Pro 7), there is a graphic bug and I can't choose a character from the list. Is there a way to fix this without having to delete the track and create a new one?

sorry to hear that you're facing problems. That's a strange issue which I neither ran into myself, nor can I remember a similar report from other users.

Is there a way to reproduce that behaviour reliably? Is it maybe related to VE Pro instances not connected to your DAW yet?

Thanks for your reply. The weird thing is that most of the time, it works properly and I can choose a character, but sometimes it doesn't and there is that graphic bug. If you want to try to reproduce that, enable the "Auto add MIR Pro" icon and add a VI Pro instance (and then an instrument) with the key commands. That's the only thing I do. I've checked my VE Pro status and it says it's connected to Logic. I will reinstall VE Pro and MIR Pro and I'll let you know if it changes anything. Here is a screenshot of my VE Pro template in case you notice anything wrong. Thanks again.

I'm terribly sorry, but I can't reproduce the issue. All I can do for now is kindly ask you to open a support case (including a pointer to this thread), so I can make sure that VSL's software engineers look into it, too.
