    Currently running projects in Nuendo at 48Khz and 32 bit.

    Is there any advantage for MIR processing quality if I increase those?

    Short answer: No.

    Long answer: No, unless you want to achieve shorter latencies by sacrificing lots of CPU cycles - then you might benefit from higher sampling rates (but of course not from bit depths higher than 32 bit floating point).
