Elicenser preventing Roompack installation

Hi everyone, I'm getting this error. I'm on Mac OSX and have the latest version of the Elicenser software. No other software is open. I've restarted my computer too. I'm really keen to try these room packs! Many thanks.

Please update the eLicenser Control Center software nonetheless, especially its license database, that should do the trick.

I'm running the latest version of eLicenser available as per the screenshot, and I've performed all possible maintenance and database updates. The error message remains. Please advise further, many thanks!

Please check that the option "Reopen windows when logging back in" is not checked when you reboot the system.
