    Well...it's nearly a year ago that an iLok - solution is on its way. I'm not a coder, but other companys are way faster in that matter... I can't understand what problems could stop that significant question! The protection plan is now dropped to 30,00 €, a sign, a light at the end of a tunnel... "step into the light..." 😉

    I hope that VSL will give us the cloud and enfranchise us... "I need that USB-port for a new HD to buy more VSL products..."

    Hi everybody,

    I just notice that my active Vienna Protection Plan was disabled even if its coverage period ends on October 2022. Is it part of the migration to ilok? Maybe I missed any communication regarding this point?

    The VPP is not available anymore, that's correct.

    Running VPPs will keep your eLicenser licenses safe.

    The iLok ZeroDownTime site seem to be non-functional right now. In each step of the checkout process the screen has to be manually refreshed. Then at the end, the Place Order button is greyed out...

    displaying active VPPs was hidden after the iLok switch - it is back again now

    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.

    FireFox was the issue. I tried with Edge and it worked fine

    Hello Paul,

    after a few weeks I want to thank you and your team for that brilliant implemented iLok - solution. I was a little annoying after the long period of time while you develop and design everything in that way we can use now.

    And in fact it is so helpfull and - I have to admit - my storage in my computer is much more in order as it was before.

    So thanks again, and please convey my greetings to your prosperous team!
