I had to reinstall Windows 7. I can't get my Vienna Sp. Edition 1 to play. I downloaded E-Licenser, I have my dongle connected and the Vienna VST is up and running, but there is no sound. I get a message that there is a problem with my time zone. There is no problem; it is correct, as is my time. I think I may need a new activation code. Conatcting support is confusing; it says I need to open the email with another program; no idea what that means. What should I do? I've lost a week so far with this reinstall, and can't use my Venna instruments. I've been able to get all other libraries up and running.

[SOLVED] Problems After Reinstalling Windows
-
Hi Michael,
What does the error message say, exactly?
Try the following:
1) Please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").2) Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.
More information about how the Directory Manager works can be found in the video "How to use the Directory Manager".
BTW: I couldn't find an email from you in our ticket system... when did you contact us?
Best,
Paul

Thank you Paul for your prompt reply. I will try your suggestion. I did not contact support, because I couldn't figure out how to. Hopefully, your suggestion will work.
I had a system image to prevent this kind of thing, but I could not get it to install. I used Clonezilla to make it, it can be used for both Windows and Linux. (I'm really into Linux). But from now on I'll use the Windows utility. Live and learn...
Edit: It worked. I had forgotten about Directory Manager. Been so long since I had to use it. Also, just got back from 5 day train trip to see the eclipse, and brain is fairly fried.
