  • Sunny Tango (demo with synchron perc + other instruments in MIRx)

This demo uses some ligher synchron percusion and more unusual ways of hitting the instrument. It is combined with orchestral instruments done in MIRx.

    Hi Guy,

The new Synchron Perc. sounds great in this track.  Enjoyed it a lot.

I didn't buy the Synchron Perc. library (yet), but plan to in the future.

How do you like the new Taiko Drums that were just recently added ? It would be nice to hear them in a track, with other VSL instruments. So far I have not found any demos of the new Taiko Drums.

    Thanks,

    Muziksculp

Well done. Loved the composition. The mix sounds great on my Sennheiser HD and AKG headphones and also great on my Audio Engine 5+ studio monitors.  I like the piece so much I tried to play it on my office computer for a friend with Bose speakers. For some reason (low frequency content?) the speakers ratteled and buzzed continuously through this piece. The Bose speakers are not cheap, but certainly not studio quality. I don't know if that is something that can be fixed or not.

    Anyway, love your work.

"I'm Renaldo and I'll be your waiter for this evening."

"Will you be taking your usual table by the stage?  While you dine, there will be a live band for your listening pleasure."

What can I say.  It's just so...  Guy Bacos which has become an adjective now for great music.

  • Thanks a lot for the comments guys!

Muziksculp, I didn't really get a chance to do much with the Taiko a side from just testing the sound which impressed me.

Paul, thank you for the EQ comment, indeed, after listening closely the bass was too strong, now adjusted.

Jasensmith, that was pretty funny :))) Made my day!
