VEP 6 on Mac with Kontakt. Which is best AU or VST?

Using VEP6 on Mac, and since AU and VST support are both available, I would like to know if there is a recommandation about which is the best for Kontakt? for EW Play?

In other term, should I use AU or VST (what about performance, stability?)

Hi cacophonix,

If you plan to eventually share VE Pro projects with Windows machines, I´d recommend you use VST, otherwise I would stay with AU on Macs.
