Is there any info in regards to what users of v5 will see in v6, other than instruments?
Also would like to know what happens with old projects - if v6 is running on a slave, and you go to open an old project that was created and saved when v5 was on that slave, what happens?
I dont know, but I dislike the visual of new VE. It looks like cheap mobile app for 10 years old children 😮
Hi icecubeman,
You don´t have to use those bright colors, if that´s what you mean...
You can actually make VE PRO 6 appear very calm and clean, if you prefer that. For the screenshots and videos I´m simply trying to create eye-catchers.
Grab a demo license and see how it works and feels in your setup!
Best,
Paul
Hi Paul! Congratulations on VEpro6 ! ...shall I give it a try and see if I am able to make it work on my legacy MacPro2,1 running ProTools 10.3.10 under Mac Os X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard? ...or would it be an option to install VEpro6 only on my Windows 8.1 Slave PC and continue to use VEpro5 on my MacPro2,1 ProTools10 host as AAX32bit and connect VEpro6 PC to MAC ProTools10 DAW host via the VEpro5 Server Plugin? ...or shall I just stay with VEpro5? best wishes! Matt
I purchased and activated, but it's not showing up in the Software Installers section of MyVSL
Same here, although the Single Instrument I purchased at the same time appeared as usual (only the VEP 6 manual appeared in my products).
just checked - does it show up now for you?
