    Hi there,

     

    I just updated My vienna instruments and ensemble and the library is not showing up. I can't load any sounds because they are not there and there is no fuction to load them. This is happening in the stand-alone instrument as well as vst instrument in cubase 7.5.4. HOw can I get the sounds to show up in the presets patches or matrix.

    This is the long version (yes, I have a template 😎):

    Please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").

    Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer. 

    More information about how the Directory Manager works can be found in the video "How to use the Directory Manager".

    With the update there is no directory manager. Should there be?

    Hi,

    Yes, the Directory Manager is always installed with Vienna Instruments and VI PRO.
