    I don't know where to go to get support on this site!!! I have one buyer for my VE pro 5 and I don't know how to proceed??? I have sent several emails to support, no one is answering me back!!!

    Maybe try sales. which I think is sales@vsl.co.at ?

    I just remembered that somebody asked this question on the forum maybe two months ago or so. Maybe do a forum search?
