    In Vienna Instruments, I can load things from Preset with no problem, but nothing under Matrix or Patch loads.

    I wondered at first if perhaps I only own the Standard, not the Extended, Editions, but I see all the Full Libraries in my My Products section of the vsl site, and everything is installed.

    However, the .dat files are clearly not the sizes they should be, for example:
    Horn-ensemble-a8_01.dat is an expected 536.9 MB in size, but Horn-ensemble-a8_08.dat is only 147 KB.

    I presume this is why I can't load, say, the epic horn glisses, which are included in the Brass II Full Library (which I own), right?
