    Welcome Discussions,

Knowing nothing about your setup, your background or your budget, the safe bet is to say: Check out our Special Editions.

There are bigger BUNDLE; smaller VOLUMES and then the smallest parts, SECTIONS, and you can pick and mix as you like.

Read through the product descriptions to get an idea, and also check out our Special Edition Video Tutorials.

    Best,
    Paul

    Hello Jasem,

The product descriptions help a lot, on the different program pages 😉

Yes, the main difference between Chamber, Orchestra and Appassionata Strings is the number of players.

    6/4/3/2
    14/10/8/6
    20/14/12/10

When you click "Sample Content" right below the product picture, you will see all included articulations, e.g., Chamber Strings

They are recorded in half-tone steps, but you can create various scales when you add our advanced sample player, Vienna Instruments PRO

    Paul

thank you again for ur time and support so sorrey for my questions :D

  • Hi,

Dimension Strings is a good choice for advanced editing.

I think I need to know more about your goals and your budget.

How big should your typical string section sound?

My budget let say 1500 € These are the kind of strings style im looking for : The scale include quarter tone

In additional to the classic and movies style "what i already listened in vienna plugins" Finally what about the updating policy ?

  • Still im waiting your suggestion sir :D

  • Hi,

To be honest: I´m not sure how close you can get to such a specialized string player group. It might take some serious editing work, but it should be possible to do it, and the Dimension Strings are the right product for such an approach.

Unfortunately I don´t have an example for such a sound available - you could be the first one to do this with our instruments.

    Paul

  • Thanks I'll have a try but i just want to make sure about the : Update: how does it work? Is it full feature on Logic pro x ? I've noticed dimension 2 !? is that an update or i have to buy it separately? THANK YOU PAUL ... Sir i really appreciate your efforts to the customers Best Jasem

    Hello Jasem,

Sorry, I overlooked the updates question.

You get our standard players Vienna Instruments and Vienna Ensemble, included with each purchases.
The software updates are for free.

For what you´re planning, you definitely want to add our advanced sample player, Vienna Instruments PRO.
Here are some videos that show you the features (probably most essential for you: Tuning and Humanize).

Again, the software updates are for free.

With our sample products, there may be some mini updates correcting minor sample problems, of course they are free as well.

Dimension Strings II is the whole section played con sordino (with a damper), we have "only" released the violins at this point, more sections will follow (that´s why there is such a great introductory price). It is a separate product.

    Best,
    Paul

    Hello Jasem,

Our samples work with Vienna Instruments, our own sample player, exclusively. Here are some videos.

There´s also a Vienna Instruments PRO version available, which makes a lot of sense with our DIMENSION products.

For the best way to use Dimension Strings, these videos will be very helpful.

    Best,
    Paul
