    I installed a new, clean SSd today.

    Mac 10.11.4

    Logic 10.2.2

    latest Elicenser

    latest Vienna Instruments and it wont load. It says that there isnt a valid licence, when there clearly is.

     

    Can you help please?

    Hi padams,

    I´d restart the computer and then check if your licenses are recognized in the latest eLicenser Control Center.

    If not, try connecting the key to another USB Port (best: directly on your computer).

    If that also doesn´t do the trick, please send an email to support@vsl.co.at, with a screenshot that shows the error message and the eLCC software with the key and licenses displayed on the same screen, we will take it from there.
