    I just purchased five new instruments, intalled them, made sure they were activated on the eLicenser, checked to see if they were ON the eLicenser (and they are), but VI Pro is not finding them! What am I doing wrong? I really need to use these ASAP! THanks, Mike

    I had to re-install everything, then it worked.  SOLVED
