Yishai Knoll, SE, Finale 2014d, Cubase 6.5, Windows 7

When I use Cello section G, the sound is somewhat teremolo-like. It is sometime but rarely hapend in F#. It is when I use Finale and Cubase (exporting MIDI files from Finale to Cubase). It is in all my piece, when using the Cello section. Is it solvable?
