    Hi,

    When launching an older project on Pro Tools, VI P2 only shows  Special Edition/Epic Orchestra pathces only. I dragged out the folders containing the samples from the Directory Manager and dragged them back in, restarted the computer and the rest of my patches still aren't showing up. My (latest version) of eLicenser shows my valid licences and both my VI P2 and VE Pro are both current as well. Tried launching the Standalone with the same results.

    Please advice.

    Hello Art,

    Did you check that all licenses are available on your key?

    Safety procedure: Please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").

    Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.

    Hey, Paul!

    As written on my first post, yes to everything. I have been using the Directory Manager for a few years now. Just wondering what other options are, if any, I have to see the other folders containing patches or libraries that are valid and available on my key. The standalone version is also missing the other folders.

    Strange. Please send me some screenshots of your Directory Manager, Vienna Instruments PRO, the sample content folders and the eLCC with the key connected: support@vsl.co.at

    Did you change anything on the drive you store your samples on?
