    Hello ,
    I’ve recently had to remove my Dimension Strings Folder and put it in the trash and have downloaded
    my files in the user section of VSL. ( Dimensions String was working find in both, Instrument Pro and Vienna Ensemble Pro)
    Having updated all the latest update of Download Manager, eLicenser Control Center, iLok key, I’m still unable to launch
    either Vienna  Instruments Pro Standalone nor the Vienna Ensemble Pro Standalone.
    When I launch either software I need to Forcequit the software.

    However, I'm able to lauch the software but unable to add an instrument.

    Do I need to enter activation code in the eLicenser window in order to activate VSL

    How can I find a solution or eliminate  problems one by one  resolving the issue.
