    After much trial and error, I have deducted that both LASS and EW Strings do NOT responded well with DP 8, resulting in stuck notes. The problem worsens when DP gets loaded with memory. And, there are multiple heavy mastering plug ins on the Master Bus in DP, through which all VE VIs come back into DP and back out the DP MASTER BUS. But once I place the VIs inside of DP, my stuck notes issues vanishes.

    I found one way to improve the problem is to place any sticking VI in a new instance of Vienna so that it is not using Vna's event inputs and so that it is the ONLY midi VI in a given instance of VE Pro. But, using more instances of VE taps out my memory on this file.

    So basically, 

    stuck notes occur in VE pro and NOT inside DP.

    Stuck notes are reduced if given their own instance of VE Pro.

     

    I have also noticed that there are many times when VE Pro is holding RAM even after VIs have been pulled out of it, necessitating a re start of the comouter to get that memory back.

     

    Any advice?
