    After years of using Ensemble Pro and Instruments Pro, I had to reload my computer from my backups. It is not working properly.


    The programs are loaded and running but they do not see my Special Edition .dat files. I ran the directory program and it finds the Special Edition folders I copied from my backup, but they do not load. I do not have the original downloads so I cannot re-install them. Do I really have to download them again? I notice that the cab files are no longer in the my download area.

    I am using Win 7 as my operating system and downloaded the latest Vienna versions.

    Hi thomamd,

    Did you remove the files from the Directory Manager, and add the sample content folders again by drag and drop?

    Maybe something went wrong when copying the files?

    In that case:

    Download files for all Special Editions are available in your User Area now.
