Finale 2011 Percussion General Midi

Is there any way that I can use the drumset of the Percussion Standard Library with General Midi in Finale 2011?

I'm not sure, what you are talking about. There is no drum set included in the Percussion library. Generally the drums and percussion sounds of the Percussion library are hard to integrate with Finale and easier to use with a sequencer program. The drums and percussion sounds of the Special Edition can be used with the Percussion Maps we provide at the following location:
