  • Questions about Vienna Suite + MIR pro

    Hello

is I have understand MIR pro contains convolution reverbs.

So do I need the reverb of Vienna Suite ?

Do I need the Hybrid reverb ?

If I get Vienna Suite will I get a discount on MIR PRO ?

If Mir Pro is in 5.1 why do I need the Hybrid reverb that is only in stereo ?

    Thanks for your lights

    Best

    Cyril

    Hi Cyril,

thanks for your interest in Vienna MIR Pro!

Using MIR, you don't "need" the reverbs of Vienna Suite. But keep in mind that VS Convolution Reverb is also able to use other impulse responses the the ones gathred in real rooms, for example plate reverbs, or the advanced "Timbral Impulses" from Numerical Sound. This might be a very useful addition to your sound pallette.

It's very unlikely that there will be a discount for Vienna Suite users, as MIR and VS are very different products.

    HTH,
