  • Pitch Bend (Solved)

I am still figuring out Vienna Symphonic Library (Extended Edition). When I click on the Perform tab, I see Pitch Bend set to 200, which I believe means + or - 2 semitones. Moving the pitch wheel on my controller does not do anything to the pitch of a sustained note, however. I have tried this with solo and orchestral strings. Am I missing something basic? Thanks. I figured this out. You must use the learn function to assign the pitch wheel. I did not see this on the Perform tab, but I discovered I could set it on the graphic pitch controller on the virtual keyboard. If you don't know what I mean, right-click on the pitch bend controller next to the keyboard in the Vienna interface and then move the pitch wheel on your controller. I had to do this twice: once to define up and once to define down.
